Этой же ночью сработали системы ПВО в районе Выборга, Но как оказалось это срабатывание было вызвано метеорологическим зондом. Этот зонд не представлял никакой опасности.
Но вот в ночь на 2 марта сюрприз на небе в Петербурге испугал жителей так, что особо испугавшиеся, стали заявлять в полицию о двух странных светящихся точках на небе. Позже было сделано заключение специалистом, в котором эти два светящихся шара оказались не какими не НЛО, а всего лишь планетой Венерой и Юпитером. Таким образом жители Петербурга и Ленинградской области наблюдали в ночь на 2 марта » Свидание двух планет». И судя по всему для многих жителей такое свидание окажется запоминающимся.

В данном случае оказалось так,что погода была ясной и в этом году это явление можно было рассмотреть очень хорошо. Кстати данное свечение двух планет будет наблюдаться еще несколько дней. Об этом сообщил старший научный сотрудник Пулковской обсерватории РАН Максим Ховричев.
Но тем не менее подтверждающих фактов, что эти два светящихся шара были НЛО, так и не было озвучено.
